In person: Constituents can see a caseworker by coming to the office between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday, or calling for an appointment. To see Kitty, come to a surgery. The times are listed below and no appointment is needed.

Surgery times

Friday 12 March - Padiham Town Hall - 3.30pm to 5.00pm

Friday 26 March - Burnley Central Library - 3.15pm to 4.30pm

Friday 9 April - ASDA, Princess Way - 2.00pm to 3.30pm

At the dissolution of parliament before the general election, Kitty will cease to be the MP for Burnley. After this time, constituents with new cases will be advised to wait until the new MP is elected. However if the matter is genuinely urgent, Kitty and her staff are happy to take the case on. Presuming the general election takes place on May 6th, parliament is expected to be dissolved around the beginning of April.
