Survey shows constituents happy with MP Kitty's Hard Work

85% of people who have had an issue raised for them by Kitty Ussher MP were happy with the way she handled their case a recent survey has shown.
Kitty recently wrote to everyone who had raised an issue with her in 2006 asking them to fill in a survey detailing how they felt their case had been handled. As well as 85% of people being happy with the work Kitty did for them, 70% were also happy with the outcome of their case. In addition the survey also asked what constituents would like to see Kitty raise in parliament. 20% would like to see Kitty talk about health matters with crime, education and the environment also scoring highly. The survey also revealed that 65% of people use Kitty's weekly column in the Burnley Express to find her contact details but that a number also use newer technologies such as email and her website to contact her.

Kitty said,
"Writing to everyone I raised a matter for will help me improve the service I offer to constituents. I am very happy that 85% of people were happy with the work I have done and 70% were happy with the outcome of their case. I believe passionately a Member of Parliament should be available to all their constituents and listen to what they say and I will be using this feedback to raise more of the issues they want me to in Parliament. It also gives me a better understanding of how people find my details to contact me and I am happy that my weekly column in the Burnley Express has so many readers!"
